What does the publication status of my dataset mean?
Introduction
A dataset can be in one of three publication statuses:
Status | Description | Can I edit this? | Can I create a new version? |
---|---|---|---|
The status signifies that the dataset is still in the process of curation and has not been approved for live release. | Yes | No | |
This status signifies that the dataset has been published on the BROWSER. Note: if your dataset is set to PRIVATE, it will not be publicly visible on the browser. | No | Yes | |
This status signifies that this metadata set has been deprecated and a new LIVE version has been released. | No | No |
How can I see the publication status of my dataset(s)?
The status of a dataset can be tracked via the ONBOARDING PORTAL Homepage or via the Progress Overview view of an individual dataset.
The status and version number of a dataset will be displayed on the right hand side of the Progress Overview page.
How do I navigate between versions?
