Works login page now redirects to /assurance/#list after successful login

Create Homepage

Development of /assurance/#list as a 'homepage' for the assurance portal.

To include:

• Username (Joe Bloggs)

• Supplier/Reviewer: (User Group)

• Log Out button
  
  

Renamed page “Assurance Review Portal” or “Assurance Supplier Portal” depending on role

If status is "In Progress" the button is now named "Continue Record".

Home Button added to header

Supplier Name pre-filled with User Group

Supplier Type: dropdown list

Contact Point (add placeholder - should be organisation email address)

New explanatory text:
"Current Completion Status" and text "The bars below indicate how you are progressing through your completion of the record. As you work through the record, your answers will be autosaved and the status fields below will automatically update" You can return to any section or field at any time, prior to submitting your record for review.”

Added more explanatory text to explain the status of the record:
(1) This record has yet to be submitted. Please complete all the 'Must' questions and as many 'Should' and 'May' questions as possible, and include the relevant evidence. Once you are happy with the record (or a section) please submit the record for review on the final page. You can keep track of your progress using the status fields below".
(2) This record has been submitted for review and is currently being assessed. You are not able to make any changes until the reviewer returns the record to you". (3) This record has been reviewed by x and has been returned to you. Please see the comment below. Once you have made any amendments and uploaded any further evidence, please re-submit the record for review".
(4) This record has been marked as Conformant by the reviewer and has been submitted to NHSE.

Section indicators (number of fields left/conformant):
Grey circle with number of uncompleted must fields
Amber circle with number of fields in review
Red circle with number of rejected fields
Green tick if all completed fields are sufficient

Confirmation box on submit reminding user the records can't be amended

Progress Overview Page

Created title of "Assurance Status" and text "The bars below indicate the progress of your record through the Assurance process. Once you have submitted your record these fields will update once they have been reviewed and approved. 

If Reviewer, added "Return to Supplier" button in case a supplier has submitted a single section, is fully conformant, but the reviewer wants to give the record back to the supplier to continue.

If Reviewer selects "Return to Supplier", a text box appears to allow them to include a general message with the return.

Added filters:

• LEVEL (Must/Should/May)

• FUNCTIONALITY IMPLEMENTED (Yes/No/NA/None) and (Evidence Uploaded/Self Certified/None)

• TERMINOLOGY IMPLEMENTED (Yes/No/None) and (Evidence Uploaded/Self Certified/None)

• EVIDENCE SUFFICIENT (Yes, No)

• Added sorting on columns (#, Name, Data Type)

Moved 'Ask' button to the end of the line and open information button in either a modal window (and bring to the front each time) or into the

Question Options

Added 'not applicable' checkbox to all 'should' and 'may' questions and add 'Self Certified' option to evidence

Froze first row so that column headers are always visible when scrolling down

Add an ID (numbering) to each field (first column)
