Navigate to the catalogue element of your choice, either:
- through the catalogue user interface
- searching the catalogue
- clicking on the link within the summary report:
This should open the element, then click on the edit button highlighted in red:
Clicking this opens up the edit view, then click the Form Metadata or Metadata link highlighted:
Then edit the metadata and click the save icon highlighted when finished:
This should save the metadata which can be viewed if you click on the Form Metadata or Metadata link:
