Introduction

There are three different publications status that a dataset can have:

Description

Can I edit this?

Can I create a new version?

The status signifies that the dataset is still in the process of curation and has not been approved for live release.

Yes

No

This status signifies that the dataset has been published on the BROWSER.

Note: if your dataset is set to PRIVATE, it will not be publicly visible on the browser.

This status signifies that this metadata set has been deprecated and a new LIVE version has been released.

How can I see the publication status of my dataset(s)?

The status of a dataset can be tracked via the ONBOARDING PORTAL Homepage or via the Progress Overview view of an individual dataset.

The status and version number of a dataset will be displayed on the right hand side of the Progress Overview page.


How do I navigate between versions?

To quickly navigate between versions of a dataset, click on the version buttons at the top of the Progress Overview page.
