How do I change the privacy status of my dataset?

1. To manage the privacy of your dataset, please open the dataset Progress Overview page.

2. Click on the Change Privacy button.

3. There are two privacy statuses:

Private:
- Metadata marked as private will only be visible to users who are logged into the system and who are part of a group that has privileges to view the metadata.
Public
- Metadata marked as public will be visible to the general public through the browser once it has been reviewed and finalised.

Click on the status to select it.

4. When you have selected the required status, click on Save Changes to apply the change (or select Cancel to discard your selection).
