Imported Data Models

Imports are other data models that have been used to construct the current data model.

i.e. if I used a XML schema data type such as xs:string in my data model, the XML schema data model would be an import into my local data model.

Selecting Imported Data Models from the navigation panel provides a list of the data models that are referenced by this data model
For example, these could be data models that are related to this - such as external systems that collect this information OR data models that have elements used by this data model such as the xs:integer type used by some of the data elements in the cancer model that is contained in the XMLSchema data model.
