Check a User Status, Delete and User, Change a user Role

If you are a catalogue supervisor you can administrate MDX users.

Start by Logging in using a username and credentials associated with a supervisor account:

Then go to the admin menu and click on Users:

Either list all the users by clicking the search button and leave the username field empty:

or fill in the username and search:

Click on the user to view and edit their details:

Here you can edit the status i.e. enabled, locked, password expired etc. using the screen below and then clicking update

or click on the roles tab to assign, remove roles, by checking the role and clicking update. 

A ROLE_CURATOR is a user that will have Editing access to some of the models.

A ROLE_SUPERVISOR is a user who can edit other user details.

(ROLE_USER and ROLE_ADMIN are currently out of use)

To delete a user please press the delete button.
