Improvements
Dates are now formatted according to custom client formats, excluding version history dates which now displayed in more human readable format by default (DD MMM YYYY)
Error logging for Browser browser UI improved: this is part of ongoing browser resilience work, and will enable front-end issues to picked up and resolved more quickly

Fixed an issue where menu items were not displayed until the browser window was resized
Fixed an issue where the browser navigation bar was not picking up the correct branding colour
