We have also made substantial changes to the layout of Data Models on the browser, including:
Refreshed UI and colour scheme
A new sidebar that emphasises the Data Dictionary / Terminology, with the full list of Data Classes displayed by default
Improved display for Descriptive Metadata
Last Updated Date now displayed alongside Version Number and Publication Date
New button to complete a Feedback Form for each data model
☀️New Feature: Light and Dark Mode Toggle
Users now have the flexibility to switch between Light and Dark modes directly through the browser, offering a more personalised and comfortable viewing experience to suit individual preferences.
How to Use:
Toggle in Browser Settings: Users can easily switch between Light and Dark modes by clicking on the sun/moon icon in the top left of the browser window.

It’s now easier than ever to find and understand the data you are looking for with a new and improved search result return for data elements and data classes.
Results for data elements/classes now include:
the result type (Data Element, Data Class etc)
a link to the containing data model and/or data class
the publisher name

We’ve improved the responsiveness of the browser to ensure that whether you are viewing the browser on your desktop PC, tablet or a mobile device, you are able to view the data you need with ease.
♿ Improved Accessibility: Now fully AXE Compliant
The MDW Browser is now fully tested against the WCAG 2.1 (AA level) AXE DevTools requirements. This means that our site has been tested and updated to ensure that it is accessible to everyone including individuals with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, or neurological disabilities.
